Emma Geiger is a photographic artist and songwriter working with natural materials and analog processes. She grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and currently lives in Cedar Grove, North Carolina.
In 2025 she was awarded the Cassilhaus Biannual Travel Fellowship for her documentary project about her family’s ancestral connection to Iceland. The work created during the fellowship will be shown in an exhibition at the Center for Documentary Studies in Durham, North Carolina in Spring of 2026.
